There should be a volume adjuster for sound and music.
Thanks for the feedback! You're right — adding a volume adjuster would definitely improve the experience. Iβve updated the game to fix that issue. Appreciate you pointing it out! π§π
People keep mentioning jumping above the pipes, but you actually don't need to do anything at all. Just let your animal fall below the pipes at the beginning and you will get the joy of watching those pipes go by forever.
I accidentally left the game on in the background forI don't know how long and got back to this score. Tried to jump back up to release the animal from its misery, but I think it's just doomed to go further down into the void forever...
(score went above 3000 while I was writing this comment as well π )
Thanks a ton for reporting that — Iβm aware of the flying bug and Iβll definitely try to fix it before the jam deadline.
410 is... impressively broken π
Really appreciate you playing the game and taking the time to share this!
its nice but the pipe is moving too fast and the jump is too high u should make the jump smaller
Thank you for your feedback! I will reduce the pipe speed and lower the jump height to make the game-play more balanced and enjoyable. If you have any other suggestions, Iβd love to hear them!
hey found a bug some others found, can just jump at the start and go above pipes. Besides that, very good game, i know it's a flappy bird remake, but it has a new art style I have never seen in one and just is generally fun. If you could add a extra loop feature that would be nice but still a very good effort.
Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoyed the game and the art style — I had fun trying something a bit different visually π
And yes, that flying bug is sneaky! Iβm working on a fix before the deadline.
I love the idea of an extra loop feature — might explore that if I continue the project after the jam. Thanks again for the great feedback!
π I solved the problem and got:
hi, i'd like to repot a bug in ur game, if u keep clicking u'll fly to the sky and u'll dodge all the pipes. I clicked too much my player never came back lol.
the screenshot shows that there's no player still I got 410 and counting.
Haha oh no, looks like your player turned into a space explorer! ππ

This is the most effort put into a page with a not-so special game.
It is just a flappy bird clone.
I recommend you go ahead and add particles.
Thanks for the honest feedback! π
You're right — Jumpimal is definitely inspired by Flappy Bird. I made it in just 48 hours and focused more on presentation this time.
I really appreciate the particle effect suggestion — I'll definitely consider it if I continue working on the game after the jam! π
Well, you know you can still update the game, even though you have already published it.
Absolutely! I only found that out recently, so Iβm planning a small update to fix the flying bug and polish a few things before the deadline π
Thanks for the heads-up and for checking out Jumpimal!
